We read everything that arrives.
Email liah.support@gmail.com and we'll get back to you. Telling us your iPhone model and iOS version saves a round trip.
My apps aren't locking. Liah needs Screen Time permission, and iOS sometimes drops it after an update. Open Settings inside Liah, go to Basic Information, and check that Screen Time still shows as allowed. If it doesn't, re-granting it takes a moment and your app choices are kept.
My free time isn't counting down. Free time only counts the apps you chose to unlock. If the app you're using isn't one of them, the timer won't move — that's working as intended, though it doesn't look like it.
I got a new phone. Sign in with the same account and your streak, reflections, reading position and scheduled studies come back on their own. Your app choices and the Screen Time permission have to be set up again, because those belong to the phone rather than to the account.
I want to delete my account. Settings → Safety & Support → Delete Account. It removes your data and releases your username. It cannot un-send messages a friend has already received.
Someone is bothering me. Press and hold a message to report it, or open Friends to block someone. Blocking is immediate. Reports are read by a person.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so cancellations and refunds go through them: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. We can't cancel or refund on your behalf because we never hold the billing relationship.
If you can't afford it, write to us. Nobody is kept out of Liah over money.
